TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you're agreeing to the following terms:General Information• Commissions cannot be changed once the last drawing has been sent, or I have already reached a certain level of drawing.• If I can't fulfill your requested commission, I have the right to refuse/decline it.• All commissions are to be used for personal purposes only, not commercial. If desired, you can purchase the rights, the cost are 40€ per emote, for an illustration or Chibi drawing 60-80€ per order.• You will receive regular progress updates of the drawing. (sketches, WIP)• Credit isn’t necessary but much appreciated
I will not draw, esport logos or similar.Payment• Paypal and Bank transfer only – you will be sent an invoice once your commission is accepted. If you use the paypal buyer protection you have to add 3% on top of your order.• Commission will be started once payment is received.• Payment is in $USD and €Euro.• Complicated/detailed designs may be increase by price - you will be contacted if this is the case.Refunds• 100% of your payment can be refunded if the sketching process hasn't begun yet. 50% refunds will be given after the sketch has been started. If the buyer protection was used, this will be retained as well.Usage Policy• I hold the rights of the produced drawing and may use it for display purposes. The commissioner is only allowed to use the artwork for personal, not for commercial use.

SERVICE BEDINGUNG• Wenn ihr mich beauftragt, erklärt ihr euch mit folgenden Dingen einverstanden:Allgemeine Informationen• Commissions können nicht mehr geändert werden, sobald die letzte Zeichnung geschickt wurde.• Wenn ich dem Auftrag nicht gerecht werden kann, hab ich das recht, dies abzulehnen.• Alle Aufträge sind nur für persönliche und nicht kommerzielle Zwecke bestimmt. Falls gewünscht kann das Recht am Bild gekauft werden, die Kosten betragen hierfür 40€ pro Emote, für eine Illustration bzw Chibi Zeichnung werden 60-80€ pro Auftrag fällig.• Ihr erhaltet regelmäßig Updates vom Fortschritt der Zeichnung.• Eine öffentliche Danksagung ist nicht nötig, aber sehr gerne gesehen.• Ich zeichne soweit alles, außer Esport Logos oder ähnliches.Bezahlung• Nur Paypal und Überweisung werden akzeptiert. Ihr erhaltet eine Rechnung sobald ich euren Auftrag akzeptiert hab. Ich fang mit dem Auftrag an bzw mit den Aufträgen, sobald die Bezahlung abgeschlossen ist.• Bezahlung nur in US Dollar oder Euro.• Komplizierte oder detaillierte Zeichnungen könnten teurer werden, wenn dies der Fall ist, wirst du vorher kontaktiert.Rückerstattung• Bevor ich mit der Skizze angefangen hab, gibt es eine Rückerstattung von 100%, sollte ich aber bereits angefangen haben, minimiert sich die Rückerstattung auf 50%.Nutzungsrichtlinien• Ich besitze die Rechte an den angefertigten Zeichnungen und darf die Zeichnung ebenfalls als Ausstellungszwecke verwenden. Der Auftraggeber darf die Zeichnung nur für den privaten Zweck nutzen, und nicht kommerziell Verwenden und vervielfältigen (Beispiel Merch etc.)
